Booking and Payment Terms

Reservations

All cruise bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective cruise lines. We will make every effort to secure your preferred accommodations, but cannot guarantee specific cabin assignments or amenities.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change until payment is received and booking is confirmed. Prices may vary based on cabin category, sailing date, and availability.

Payment

Payment terms vary by cruise line and booking conditions. Typically:

• A deposit is required at time of booking
• Final payment is due 60-90 days before departure
• Some bookings may require full payment at time of reservation

Service Fees

Our service fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before booking confirmation. These fees are separate from cruise costs and are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation policies are determined by the cruise line and may vary by booking. Common policies include:

• Cancellations made 90+ days before departure: Minimal penalty
• Cancellations made 60-89 days before departure: 25-50% penalty
• Cancellations made within 60 days: 75-100% penalty

Specific cancellation terms will be provided at time of booking.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to cruise line policies and may take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement.

Travel Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documentation, including:

• Valid passport (recommended for all international travel)

• Health certificates or vaccination records
• Any other documentation required by destinations or cruise lines

We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

Health and Safety

You acknowledge that travel, including cruise travel, involves certain risks. You agree to:

• Follow all health and safety guidelines provided by cruise lines
• Comply with destination-specific health requirements
• Purchase appropriate travel and health insurance

Limitation of Liability

Travel Global Holidays LLC acts as an agent for cruise lines and other service providers. Our liability is limited as follows:

Service Provider Responsibility

Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and other service providers are responsible for their own services. We are not liable for their acts, omissions, or defaults.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Excluded Damages

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or emotional distress.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, severe weather, or acts of God
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Government actions or travel restrictions
• Pandemic or health emergencies
• Strikes, labor disputes, or supplier failures

Intellectual Property
